Each and every CoStar is also expected to know and follow all of our internal rules, policies and guidelines, which includes our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the Code), our CoStar Guidebook, and any and all other Company policies, procedures, rules and guidelines (collectively, the Rules).
If you have questions or concerns regarding the Company’s compliance with our Code or the Rules, or have any information regarding potential CoStar misconduct, you are encouraged and expected to discuss these with your supervisor, the People Department, or any member of our senior leadership team.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedure and providing positive suggestions and stories.
